Current Offers

This hand-building workshop teaches the slow and mindful method of coil building to make larger pots and bowls. You will have 2 afternoons to build up and refine your larger piece. Learn how to build a stencil for a larger pot and support your piece as it gets larger. You can make something up to 15" wide and 16" tall (the largest our kiln will allow). 4 weeks later, you will come back to glaze your pieces. This workshop is open to beginners.

This ceramics class is focused on more controlled throwing on the wheel. Great for those who have taken one or two beginner classes and are confident centering, creating cylinders and bowls. You will learn how to throw off the hump, a double wall vessel, add lids to your pieces in 3 different ways, and throw pots in multiple sections and attach. This class is open to your ideas as well. If there is something specific you want to focus on, we can work it in! 6 weeks 2 hour classes. Included in this class: first bag of clay (additional clay can be purchased), equipment, tools (if required), glazing and firing.

If you have taken a class before and want to continue on, but don't yet feel confident for intermediate classes or working on your own, then this is the class for you. This class is flexible wheel and handbuilding time with lots of guidance. A quick check in on your skill level and then you are free to work on your own projects, asking questions when you need support. This class includes: one bag of clay (additional clay can be purchased), tools (if required), equipment, glaze and firing

Come for 2.5 hours and learn how to handbuild a mug using slabs. Then take time with our stamps to personalize your piece. You will pick a colour, and we will glaze and fire it and get it back to you in about 2 weeks. All supplies and tools are included. This workshop is good for beginners. Children 9 and up and welcome when accompanied by an adult.
